The Adults & Social Care department at Southwark Council is responsible for the support, care and protection of Southwark residents, and for helping them to live a safe and independent life in two areas; Children’s Services and Community Care.
The Department has recently entered an exciting period in its development, as it has now become an element of the partnership making up the Southwark Primary Care Trust. This partnership aims to provide collaborative health and social care services, to improve the health of Southwark residents.
